The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe
The classic text, The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe, by C.S.Lewis, has been the inspiration for a fantastic start to the spring term at Moorfield. Children throughout the school studied the text for three weeks, using various editions suitable for their age and abilities. We were all gripped by the tale of Aslan and the four Pevensie children. From the moment Lucy first stepped through the wardrobe and met Mr Tumnus to the downfall of the villainous white witch, we were all bewitched by the magic of Narnia. Each child has produced an incredible piece of art and writing inspired by the story – take a look and see!
